The Clients Program is a strategic program run by the Deloitte Middle East that focuses predominantly on its largest and most influential clients. The key purpose of the program is to understand the voice of the client, provide market intelligence and facilitate the account leadership team with key insights to help deliver excellent client experience.
During your tenure as a Clients Program Experienced Associate, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
Play a key role and work alongside the Middle East Clients Program Leadership team to facilitate the delivery of several strategic initiatives:
Client Service Assessment (CSA)
Engagement Reviews
CXO Transition Labs
LCSP Development program
Annual CFO Survey
Work with a wide range of professionals across Deloitte to coordinate, organize, and follow up on the strategic initiatives
Develop a pipeline of CSA\'s, facilitate the process, and produce reports
Collaborate across the C&I team to help assess and prioritize client and market related key initiatives
PMO and track task completion across the strategic initiatives
Review, analyze, and communicate the value of the Client Programs to the Firm\'s leadership with clear recommendations on how to maximize value
Coordinate the execution of activities for key clients including Client Labs, Lead Client Partner/Account Team development activities, and Client service assessment

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or any other related business studies
Minimum 2 years prior work experience in a large multinational or professional work environment
Experience working in a Big 4 firm (advantageous but not necessary)
English language fluency required
Strong PMO, report writing, and communication skills
Able to analyze large number of quantitative and qualitative data and synthetize findings
Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
