We're looking for a polished, capable professional to join the personal team of one of Skybound's top advisers. This is more than admin. This is the engine room of a high-performing advisory practice.
You will be the person who keeps the adviser operating at the highest level, supports client relationships that span continents, and makes sure every touchpoint is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Own the adviser's client admin end-to-end: meeting packs, documentation, workflow management
Support light paraplanning tasks: research, letters, drafting, report preparation
Use Skybound's tech platforms to streamline processes and elevate the client experience
Liaise with providers, internal teams, and clients to keep cases moving with zero friction
Maintain the high compliance standards expected across all Skybound entities

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally adviser support or admin
High-level organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and professionalism with senior clients
Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems
Ability to work in a fast, demanding, quality-driven environment
