Client Success Representative, Now Money Now Money is a fintech based in Dubai providing digital banking solutions to individuals who may not have direct access to bank accounts. We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and inventive Customer Success Representative to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. Principal Accountabilities: You will be the first point of contact for the clients, be empathetic, ensure client satisfaction, monitor growth, and generate revenue. The key to success here will be the ability to use your business savvy knowledge and the required gravitas to effectively communicate and influence at all levels to achieve mutually beneficial scenarios and promote our value proposition. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is mandatory. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be a significant advantage. ? At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (mandatory) and 1 - 2 yrs. experience in Banking/ Fintech/ Exchange houses (required but, not mandatory) ? Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and exceptional computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite main tools (PowerPoint and Excel) ? Proficiency in handling client complaints and feedback, as well as being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver. ? Collaborate with various teams (e.g. Sales, Tech, Product) across the company to ensure an outstanding Client experience ? Drive a culture of cross-team learning and improve communication and knowledge sharing and act as a point of escalation for your team to remove roadblocks and reduce complexity ?
