Job Description
Job Title: Client Servicing Executive : Imcan Consulting is seeking a dedicated Client Servicing Executive to liaise between our clients and our creative team. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, gather feedback, and ensure clear communication of design and campaign revisions. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Obtain and relay client feedback to the creative team
- Coordinate design and campaign revisions
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Prior experience in advertising field
- Advertising: 3 years (Required)
