Job Description
- Attend and respond to Phone Calls /Emails/Social Media messages from clients
- who need our services.
- Get all details from clients about their requirements and pass on to the manager
- in order to offer best quotation and customized Menu.
- Follow up with clients until order is confirmed or rejected and take their
- feedback.
- Keep in touch with existing clients to get repeat orders. Email / Phone Calls
- Connect with new clients from the data base. Email / Phone Calls / Messenger
- Visit events to interact with clients, take feedback maintain relationship for
- repeat orders.
- Research Inventory and decor options for events as per client's requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing Team to promote trending services and products.
- Assist Operations team occasionally to execute orders as per client's
- requirements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
