We are looking for
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the various systems used in client services operations.
  • Familiarity with working manuals and procedures related to client onboarding and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a client services or customer support role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in handling day-to-day activities related to client onboarding and maintenance.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to ensure client interactions and processes are conducted in a fully compliant manner.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and ability to meet or exceed defined service levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility and availability to cover the responsibilities of the Head of Client Services when they are out of the office.
Your role in the team

Smooth Client Onboarding:
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end onboarding process of clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information, complete required documentation, and set up client accounts.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Day-to-Day Client Maintenance:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts, identify potential issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a deep understanding of their business objectives.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies in the management of client relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure client accounts and activities remain compliant and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and proactively communicate changes to clients when necessary.
Support to Head of Client Services:
  • Assist the Head of Client Services in overseeing and implementing new projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to improve processes, optimize client service delivery, and achieve departmental objectives.Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Head of Client Services, ensuring continuity and smooth operations.
