Job Summary: Looking for a Client Services Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The jobholder will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns as well as requests, the goal will be to deliver exceptional service, maintain client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ years of related working experience, however, freshers with other relevant requirements can also apply
Exceptional customer service skills, preferably gained from a background in BPO, high-end fashion retail or 5-star hotels
Fluency in English is a must, a good accent is required
Must have good communication skills
Should be able to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism
Proficiency in handling client complaints and feedback
Must have a professional appearance and confident personality
Must have positive attitude with high energy levels
Should be technology friendly
