Position Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Client Services Executive with a strong focus on sales support and account development. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth service delivery while actively identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Art Consultant and the marketing and design teams to support deal closures, manage client communications, and contribute to ongoing business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities-



Client Servicing & Project Management:



Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent service and timely support

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business

Assist the team with timelines and follow up on leads, proposal creation, and contract preparation with the General Manager and Art Consultant.

Identify opportunities for upselling and

cross-selling

relevant products or services

Support the end-to-end sales process, from onboarding to after-sales service

Track client orders, project timelines, and service delivery milestones

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including notes, activity logs, and pipeline updates

Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and follow-up materials

Liaise with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) to coordinate client needs from end to end.

Support client events, campaigns, or activations alongside with marketing teams

Escalate service or sales issues promptly to management and propose solutions

Build new leads and opportunities for sales of art, design or corporate gifts.

Artwork & Product Sales:



Manage all inquiries and sales related to artworks and products with the Art Consultant and Client.

Oversee the full sales and commission process for Tanween products.

Oversee the full sales and commission process for Artwork exhibited in the Gallery.

Maintain and regularly update the inventory of available artworks and products.

Ensure all pricing, sales agreements, and commissions comply with Tashkeel's internal policies and artist agreements.

Coordinate the packaging and delivery of sold artworks, ensuring they are handled and presented professionally with the Production Coordinator.

Keep accurate records of all sales, commissions, and client transactions for internal reporting and analysis.

Plan and support promotional initiatives such as exhibitions, open days, and networking events to boost sales.

Curate and assemble custom product sets for holidays, corporate gifting, and special occasions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing & Sales, Communications, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in client services, sales support, or account management

Familiarity with sales pipelines, KPIs, and customer lifecycle management

Basic knowledge of B2B or high-end B2C sales strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Customer-centric mindset with a drive for results

Monitored and consistently met or exceeded sales targets; highlighted in resume to demonstrate a results-oriented approach

Well-spoken in English & Arabic

Driving License is mandatory
