Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Handle client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and update client records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Manage scheduling, meetings, and communication between clients and the company. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client-related information.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, client servicing, or office support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Valid UAE experience preferred.

Candidates from Philippines required by the client.
