  • Redetection of New Business o operation.
  • Client Engagement at all levels
  • Proactive in providing quality client service.
  • Maintains contact with clients, carriers and potential clients on a daily basis.
  • Client service performance
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
  • Resolves the client's complaint, determining the cause of the problem.
