We are hiring Client service representative
Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, management, and external partners, providing timely & accurate guidance
Resolve HR-related issues and escalate complex matters to supervisor, ensuring seamless resolution
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, benefits enrollment & medical insurance claims
Process payroll entries, leave corrections, and other related entries in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy & compliance
Manage benefits administration, including additions, deletions, and invoices for admin staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity & security
Perform data entry, transactional procedures, and entries in the HRIS system, adhering to established protocols
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Employee
Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, salary advances, and necessary documentation
Process employee offboarding, including final settlements, clearance documents, and exit interviews
Provide certificate of employment (experience letter) to employees after completion of clearance and verification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Rewards executive/officer: 5 years (Preferred)
