Role Overview:

We're hiring a proactive and confident

Client Servicing Manager

to be the face of DigiTea for our Dubai-based clients. This role is ideal for a

female candidate

with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal presence, and the ability to manage high-profile client relationships with professionalism and warmth. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based clients, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication. Understand client needs, business goals, and pain points to relay actionable briefs to internal teams. Coordinate and manage project timelines, social media accounts, deliverables, and feedback loops across departments. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing proactive updates, support, and strategic suggestions. Handle internal reviews and approvals to maintain workflow discipline and quality. Assist in building client presentations, proposals, and reports as required. Be present for in-person meetings, shoots, and events when needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in

client servicing, account management, or project coordination

, preferably in media, marketing, or agency environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication

in English (Arabic is a bonus). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. Confident and pleasant personality, with the ability to handle both creative teams and clients. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or branding workflows is a plus. Must be based in Dubai and available for face-to-face coordination when required.
