Ensure all requirements are fulfilled and all documents in line with Bank and regulatory requirements
Customer Inquiry Handling and Complaint Resolution
Entertain product and/or process inquiries from prospective and existing clients Provide support/guidance to clients on using the online trading system Attend to complaints from clients on products, services, or erroneous transactions
Customer Account Maintenance
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the submitted documents and revert to the clients for any corrections or missing requirements Inform existing clients of changes in processes and regulations that will affect their account Attend inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries Liaise with concerned departments for any client request.
Administrative Support
Ensure all invoices are paid on time Ensure all market communications are properly distributed Liaise with courier services.
Required Skills
Bachelors Degree Basic understanding of the Brokerage function Knowledge of all trading platforms & its related products Acceptable verbal and written communication skills (English) Proficiency in other languages Customer service orientation
