Client Service Coordinator

Job Description
Urgently looking for a client services coordinator having relevant experience in Advertising/Signage industry specializing in Duty-Free Production, Shop Fit Outs, Custom Kiosks, Display Units, Bespoke visual merchandize.
- Candidates should be able to understand technical Drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge about materials, shop drawings, etc. would be an added advantage.
- Coordinating, assigning, updating, and closing tasks as per schedules.
- Dealing with staff and site engineers (as appropriate)
- Understand the needs of the submission and report on progress.
- Assisting project manager in charge to create and share work plans and timelines.
- Managing technical project documentation.
- Advertising/Signage industry: 3 years (Preferred)
