As a Client Service Officer at Aives Australia - Australian Government MARA Authorised Office in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role involves engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, assessing their needs, and converting leads into qualified prospects. You will organise and schedule appointments for our Consultants, ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact to consultation.
Key tasks include:
Managing and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Verifying lead information and updating records in the CRM.
Coordinating appointment schedules for Consultants.
Assisting in achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Providing exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
