Job Description
We are recruiting for our client who are an established brand in building materials industry, looking to expand their current sales team in the UAE. Client Relationship Specialist: Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Build and maintain relationships with clients after the signing of the contracts and be a single point of contact for all types of communication. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is achieved. \xe2\x97\x8f Support Operations team by providing real time solutions and communication with the client. \xe2\x97\x8f Follow up on the site readiness with the Site Engineers. \xe2\x97\x8f Receive, assign, and follow up on measurement requests with the site engineer. \xe2\x97\x8f Follow up on collecting second payment. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for due diligence of Final Measurements and Contracts closed by the sales team. Must have\xe2\x80\x99s: Relevant customer service experience specifically dealing with the Emiratis
Having construction and mechanical background or experience will be preferred.
Bilingual with excellent English and Arabic communication.
Native Arabic speaker preferably from Lebanon or Syria
