Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively communicating updates and seeking feedback to improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure client projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Monitor and report on client metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Assist with account management, including proposal and media plans.
