Client Relationship Manager Corporate Travel

Job Description

It\xe2\x80\x99s a sales and business development centric role for travel management company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish channels for the sales leads, develop data-base and segmentation of the customers. 2. Compile weekly sales plan and sales report of suspects, prospects and materialized business. 3. Key Account Management and Client Relationship Management of the existing customers. Nurture the existing customer for business retention and growth. 4. Addressing customers concerns and complaints. 5. Induction of New Customers and New Business to achieve /exceed monthly and periodic revenue targets. 6. Promote and sell the entire spectrum of products to the new and existing customers. Upselling, cross selling and directional selling. 7. Fully compliant with the given guidelines on the credit policy of the company. 8. Achieving of the assigned revenue targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in direct correlation to the budget. 9. Close coordination with finance department for safeguarding the interest and collection of outstanding funds. 10. Full adherence with the assigned KPIs /KPMs. Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills PR and Networking in the market Strong commercial sense and ability to conclude the business. Proficient with all the business/technical aspects of travel management company. Qualifications: Graduate in Business or Tourism Experience: 3-5 Experience of UAE with travel company. Languages: Fluency in English Job Type: Full-time
