Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services Actively seek out opportunities to grow client accounts and identify new business opportunities Communicate effectively with clients in both Arabic and English, both in person and through written communication Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s and client\xe2\x80\x99s strategic business plans Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget Work closely with the creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, providing insights and recommendations on branding and marketing strategy Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing strategy Interest and familiarity with AI and chat GPT tools for communication optimization and client insights.
