We are seeking a

Japanese-speaking Client Relations Representative

to support and manage communication with our Japanese-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and basic knowledge of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with Japanese-speaking clients via calls, messages, and meetings Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams Explain basic concepts related to forex and stock markets in a clear manner Assist clients with onboarding, queries, and ongoing relationship management Maintain accurate client records and follow communication protocols

Requirements

Fluency in

Japanese and English

(spoken and written) Basic knowledge or prior experience in

forex or stock markets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Client-service or relationship management experience is an advantage Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Background in finance, trading, or financial education Experience working with international clients Familiarity with trading platforms or financial terminology
