We are looking for Client Relationship Manager, esponsibility on bulid excellent customer relationships with our clients, identify and resolve any issues or complaints, present the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services, and gather and analyze feedback. Job Responsibilities: 1. Explore external new business opportunities
2. Manage the business of the agreed target list of 5-stars hotels in UAE, to generate leads and assign them to the team members to close the deals, and this task is including:

• WhatsApp groups management and creation of new groups if required
• Training of the concierge team on the policies
• Training the concierge team on the customized mobile application
• Arrange periodic meetings with them to discuss the collaboration performance and sales achievements
• Align with direct manager to finalize the release of incentives to the concierge
• Create any possible marketing collaborations to boost the business
• Achieve agreed primary sales objective of generating external leads

3. Prospect, approach and organize business meetings with the agreed target list of evets organizers to provide them with our services.
4. Prospect, approach and organize business meetings with destination management companies (DMC)
5. Prospect, approach and organize business meetings with the agreed target list of multi-national companies (with focus on beauty, fashion and skincare companies) to provide them with our services in their corporate events, conferences, brand activations, gala dinners, and exhibitions.
6. Prospect, approach and organize business meetings with the government entities to provide them with our transportation and logistics services.
7. Organize the PR events of the group, with business partners.
8. Initiate and manage relationship with key persons in any business opportunities with online portals, booking engines.
9. Manage and maintain the relationship with key person in the accounts to generate business and guarantee the collection of outstanding payments.
10. Responsible about creating key accounts annual strategy to grow the business with existing clientele and business partners. Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, public relations, communications, or a related field
* Prior working experience in a managerial level
* Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Outstanding research and computer skills
* Effective problem-solving
* Excellent strategic and analytical mind *Previous experience in Hotels Management Is preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
