We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as
Telecallers / Client Relations Executives
. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking for long-term growth within the company. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling or real estate will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls with confidence and professionalism. Engage with clients via WhatsApp Business, emails, and calls. Fix meetings and ensure consistent follow-ups. Write professional and engaging messages on WhatsApp and emails. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and Excel. Coordinate effectively with the sales team to support conversions.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Proficiency in professional texting and WhatsApp communication. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM, and emails. English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to stay long-term.
