Client Relations Executive

IIQAF is looking for a motivated Client Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with our clients in the Business Supplies and Equipment industry, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
As a Client Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and facilitating effective communication between clients and our internal teams. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We offer a competitive salary range of AED 8,500 - AED 9,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients Monitor client feedback and implement improvements Assist in the onboarding process for new clients Stay informed about industry trends and market developments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
