Whyletz Dubai office seeks a passionate Client Relations Executive / Account Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and oversee branding projects from inception to completion Oversee the execution of branding projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase client revenue and agency growth Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality brand-aligned deliverables Identify and address potential client issues to maintain positive relationships Contribute to agency success by sharing insights and suggesting improvements
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of branding principles Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proven track record of client relationship growth Proactive and results-oriented approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team
