Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Handle client inquiries, service requests, and feedback with efficiency and courtesy. Coordinate with the cleaning operations team to schedule and monitor service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, agreements, and service history. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly. Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, and agreements as required. Support the sales and operations teams in maintaining strong client relationships. Identify opportunities to improve service quality and enhance client experience.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or coordination role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CRM usage. Professional attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
