About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Client Outreach Associate

to support our lead generation and business development efforts across multiple regions. This role will play a key part in identifying prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and driving engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and organize leads with a focus on DNFBP companies (real estate, gold, audit firms, etc.). Manage and maintain lead data in

Pipedrive CRM

ensuring accuracy, tagging, and deduplication. Conduct market research to expand and enrich lead databases. Execute targeted

email outreach campaigns

and track engagement (opens, clicks, responses). Make initial sales calls, qualify leads, and schedule product demos. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover and campaign execution. Maintain clear records of lead progress and share daily activity updates. Communicate professionally in English (written & spoken) with prospects and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 01 year of experience in sales, consulting, or business development. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as French, Arabic, Dutch, or German preferred). Ability to research, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM/Automation Tools) is a plus.
