We\'re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who would like to support with building an impact driven platform for women. Work with influential women leaders from all over the world in creating an EdTech platform for women with the vision of becoming the largest school for women globally. Requirements:
Strong time management skills.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Duties:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Reaching out to prospective members.
Onboarding members to the platform by contacting through email, messages, meetings, etc.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective members.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Maintaining members records.
Answering customers questions about masterclasses, prices, community, mentorships, and any other concerns.
Introducing the platform to prospective members.
