Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic
Client Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for existing clients.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Manage and resolve client issues effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to meet client requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of client/account management experience, preferably in FMCG or food trading.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
Knowledge of UAE market and trading practices is highly desirable.
