Job Description

Experience essential and Dubai property experience preferred. Our sales team work with both buyers and sellers on ready and off-plan projects. We are looking for motivated individuals who can self-manage their time and clients and extensive support is provided by the management and admin teams. This position will be based in either our shop in Dubai Marina or our head office in Motor City - depending if your experience is stronger in apartments or villas. Company paid for advertising is extensive and we encourage agent self-marketing.

DUTIES

To handle arrangements and closure of freehold property. Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times. To develop relationships with developers and owners to update, increase and maintain the property database. Source and provide information including marketing literature on new developments. To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance. Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily
REQUIREMENTS

Full Clean UAE Drivers License and own car Self-Motivated & Proactive Excellent Communication Skills Strong Negotiation Skills Client Focused Real Estate experience preferred but not essential
