We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team.
The role requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Key.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide immigration service guidance.
Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
Maintain proper records and update client files.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in client service/relationship management preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
