Conduct client satisfaction surveys using a scoring system (1-10) to gather feedback on the agent's performance and overall experience.
Respond to any client queries and follow up with payment plan reminders.
Provide proof of payments to the Finance team and update Salesforce records accordingly.
Maintain ongoing client engagement every three months, offering market updates and nurturing long-term relationships.
2. Lost Deals
Investigate deals marked as "Closed Lost" to understand client concerns or reasons for disengagement.
Confirm that agents made genuine and multiple attempts to connect with clients before closure.
Audit the client file to identify any potential for re-engagement.
Reassign leads for further follow-up if the opportunity still exists.
3. Handover Deals
Manage the offboarding process when an employee exits the business.
Ensure all leads and opportunities are reassigned appropriately, with management and/or team lead approval.
Communicate with clients associated with closed deals to inform them of staff changes and check for any unresolved financial or service matters.
4. Generic Updates and Admin
Perform regular reviews and updates of Salesforce records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Utilize a new ticketing module to track actions related to deal status, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Generate regular performance and insight reports based on ticket outcomes and engagement data.
