We are a men's bespoke suit brand looking for a female Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to manage client interactions, calls, appointments, and daily shop organization.

This role is not a fashion or influencer position.

It is a professional, structured, client-facing role focused on discipline, communication, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients professionally at the shop Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries clearly and politely Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments Follow up with clients after visits Maintain a clean and presentable shop environment. Update basic client records and database Coordinate orders with external tailoring workshops Post on Social Medias when required (Also reposts / shop updates)
Mandatory Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Female candidates only Basic to good English communication Previous client-facing experience preferred (reception, salon, clinic, showroom, office) Professional appearance and calm attitude Organized, disciplined, and willing to learn Comfortable following instructions and scripts Able to work 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 6 days per week
