We're looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional to be the first point of contact for our leads and clients. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to own the first impression -- whether over call, email, or meetings.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and handle
cold and warm outreach
to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email
Follow up on leads from our marketing funnels and CRM
Respond to client queries professionally and warmly
Act as the
face and voice of the company
in early-stage client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, operations) to relay client needs
Maintain high-quality communication standards across touchpoints
Ideal Candidate:
Strong spoken and written English (bonus: a soft, confident voice and presence)
Elegant, polite, and confident in tone -- a natural communicator
Sales-savvy without sounding "salesy"
Detail-oriented, punctual, and emotionally intelligent
Comfortable with client-facing conversations, even cold outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus
Russian, Eastern European, or bilingual candidates welcome (not mandatory)

Interest in design, tech, luxury, or growth consulting
Experience in international client handling
