Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily communication between clients and the recruitment team
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
Schedule interviews and follow up on candidate progress
Maintain and update client records, reports, and documents
Assist with preparing proposals, agreements, and recruitment-related paperwork
Ensure timely updates and accurate information delivery to clients
Resolve basic client issues and escalate when required
Support business development tasks and client engagement
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a client coordinator, customer service representative, or administrative coordinator preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
, including MS Office, email handling, and CRM usage
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Good command of English; other languages are a plus
Must be located
