The Client Coordinator - Sales is responsible for managing end-to-end client communication, supporting the sales cycle, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role acts as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth operations, timely closure of service requests, and contribution to revenue generation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and service updates with clients.
Sales Support & Revenue Closure
Support the sales team with managing existing client accounts and closing pending service requests to generate revenue.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
Track client pipelines, ongoing projects, and scheduled deliverables.
Maintain CRM or internal tracking sheets to ensure accurate and updated client records.
Operations Coordination
Liaise between clients and internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, HR) for seamless service delivery.
Ensure service requests, documentation, and approvals are submitted and followed up on time.
Coordinate issuance of invoices, payment follow-up, and client documentation.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain client databases, project trackers, and communication logs.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to client updates, revenue closure, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Client-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client coordination, sales support, or customer relations in the UAE (preferred).
Background in service industry, HR solutions, construction support, or corporate services is an advantage.
