Sales Manager

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and professional Sales Managers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sales team comprising 2 or 3 sales executives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Recognize and reward top-performing team members based on achieved targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong broker relationships, leveraging an established track record of premium sales achievements in the luxury segment with unit values exceeding 10 million AED.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, demonstrating the ability to effectively sell and close deals.
  • Exude self-motivation, ambition, and drive, exhibiting a proven track record of success.
  • Showcase a sophisticated level of education and international travel experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, reflecting the company\'s standards of excellence.
  • Display a genuine passion for architecture and luxury lifestyle products.
  • Present and represent the company impeccably in interactions with high-net-worth clients.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate deals.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multicultural team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Establish trust with the company owner and senior team members through consistent performance and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive network and established relationships with brokers.
  • Strong ability to sell and close high-value deals.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a track record of winning.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
