This surreal architectural sculpture, never attempted before, represents a global engineering first that will become a new landmark in Dubai\'s skyline. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated CRM Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of this groundbreaking project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lead qualification process and input lead data into CRM system.
• Ensure prompt response from the Sales Team to all qualified leads.
• Segment and profile the customer database to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR regulations as the guardian of customer data.
• Expand the permission-based database by consolidating data sources and maximizing opportunities for data capture.
• Utilize and administer the CRM system, preferably Zoho, to its full potential.
• Manage integrations between CRM and CMS platforms, exploring opportunities for process automation.
• Maintain accuracy, security, and accessibility of customer data.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspects of CRM and database management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for digital marketing and new technologies.
