Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, results-driven, and service-oriented Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a proven sales background and a passion for luxury jewellery. You will be responsible for providing an unparalleled client experience, driving sales, and fostering long-term loyalty to the Al Zain brand.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized, consultative, and luxury client experience in-store.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge about collections, gemstones, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless store operations and a cohesive client journey.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and transactions with discretion and professionalism.
• Participate in store merchandising and visual presentation to Al Zain standards.
• Uphold the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and brand image.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Nationality: Must be a UAE National.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or high-end client services.
• Language: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Skills:
