Responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for staffing services in the UAE market. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and converting prospects into active accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via cold calls, email, and networking
Pitch staffing services to HR decision-makers
Schedule and attend client meetings
Understand hiring needs and coordinate with recruiters
Track leads and conversions via CRM
Meet client acquisition and sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE staffing industry experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Dependent visa holders are highly preferred
