Purpose of Role
Provide support to the Insurance department of a key client, including day to day administration of the program, ensure accuracy of documents and manage Invoicing and Statement of account
Key Responsibilities
The role will report to Senior Vice President, Insurance and job would include assigned tasks relating to insurance function:
Interact internally with different stakeholders to identify the risks and complete the addition, deletion and renewal cycle of risks covered under different policies \xe2\x80\x93 starting from gathering underwriting information, completion of forms, interaction with insurers / brokers, arranging endorsements / policies, receiving invoice and follow up for payment
Reviewing insurance policy wordings and coverage for existing and new policies
Manage complete claims cycle in liaise with the internal stakeholders, brokers, loss adjuster and insurers
Monthly reconciliation of Statement of Accounts with the insurers
Advise business on insurance queries including contractual insurance provisions review and advise on indemnity limits as per client internal policies enabling to finalize the agreements
Review of insurance policies viz a viz insurance obligations in the signed agreements
Manage risk engineering surveys cycle from end to end
Liaise and also attend meeting with all internal and external stakeholders in performing of the function
Any other job assigned for smooth functioning of insurance department

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/other technology applications
Attention to detail& accuracy
Technical knowledge of complex insurance programs and insurance market
Special Knowledge and Skills
Excellent understanding of client servicing and Group insurance arrangements / working practices
Requirements
3 - 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Commercial Insurance
Bachelors in Commerce, Engineering or equivalent
Insurance Certification : ACII, CPCU or equivalent ( preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic and Hindi are a plus)
Foundational knowledge of all classes of insurance, risk financing techniques, risk management principles, reinsurance
