Job Description

1. Typing and Documentation



Prepare and type official documents such as labour contracts, visa applications, Emirates ID applications, and other immigration forms. Ensure accuracy in filling out government and ministry forms (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.). Translate documents if required (especially between Arabic and English).

2. Government Transactions



Submit applications through online government portals like:

Tasheel

(Labour-related services)

Amer

(Immigration and residency)

MOHRE

(Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation)

GDRFA

(General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) Track application statuses and follow up on approvals or rejections.

3. Customer Service



Communicate with clients to gather required documents and provide updates. Clarify processes and timelines related to visa issuance, labour card renewals, residency cancellations, etc. Guide clients on fees, penalties, or legal obligations.

4. Compliance and Record Keeping



Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and secure records of transactions and documents. Stay updated on labour and immigration policy changes.

5. Coordination with PROs and Authorities



Liaise with Public Relations Officers (PROs) and relevant ministries. Coordinate appointments for medical tests, fingerprinting, and Emirates ID registration.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
