Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not required. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
