Job Description
At New Horizon Sewage, we are looking for a Cleaning Manager (Grease Trap Cleaning, Water Jetting and Kitchen Hood) to oversee the cleaning staff and ensure that the services of all our clients are done and well-maintained. The Cleaning Manager will be responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising the cleaning staff, as well as inspecting the work to ensure that it meets our high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of cleaners, as well as knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. They must also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign cleaning staff to specific tasks and areas, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure they meet established standards of cleanliness and safety
- Investigate complaints and take corrective action as necessary
- Train new staff in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Prepare reports on staff performance and submit to upper management
- Develop and implement cleaning plans for special events or occasions
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as cleaning manager or supervisor
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with MS Office and cleaning equipment
- Working knowledge of budgeting and expense management
- grease trap service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Managing: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- driving license (Preferred)
