Job Description
We are looking to hire the Cleaning Supervisor candidates to work with our company for a potential contract with a major Healthcare facility based in Qatar. Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum Four years’ experience as a Service Supervisor with Guest Houses, Clubs, Lodging and Boarding, Institutes, Hospitals, Weddings & Functions Catering Contractor.
- Minimum of one-year experience in General Hospitals/clinics or any Healthcare facilities is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of general cleaning standards and chemical use.
- Able to communicate in English and any other language is a plus.
To maintain the Kitchen, Dining area and hospital building to the highest standard possible within the available sources and as per the contractual obligations.- To initiate self-development in system and method used.
- To diplomatically manage the subordinate staff to maintain operational harmony.
- To ensure that laundry services are of a high standard.
- To coordinate linen change, collection and delivery to individual wards/ rooms.
- To prepare duty roaster for his department staff.
- To implement schedule and supervise Pest control as per contract.
- To motivate staff to maintain all safe procedures to achieve QHSE Targets and objectives.
- To effectively supervise staff to ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed and hazards/ near miss and accidents are properly reported.
