Oversee facade/glass cleaning teams, ensuring all work is performed safely at heights and with proper equipment.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to cleaning staff effectively.
Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleaning standards are met.
Ensure proper usage, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
Monitor water quality and coordinate with technical staff for pool water testing and chemical dosing.
Enforce strict adherence to health & safety regulations, including the use of PPE and working-at-height protocols.
Maintain records of cleaning schedules, incidents, and maintenance issues.
Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
Liaise with clients and management to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Report any damages, hazards, or irregularities immediately to the management.
