Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW: To supervise the Janitorial, Kitchen assistance staff, helpers, F&B and stewarding teams in performing duties and associated tasks. Work will be performed in accordance with the services contracts and within the framework of existing schedules. COMPETENCIES: . Good communication skills . Good organizational skills . Able to supervise staff . Use own initiative and be proactive GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: . Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding the staff performance in various projects. . Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. . Ensure the timely reporting of duty at sites and managing site roasters. . Act as a communication bridge between client, management and staff. . Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables. . Gaining new opportunities in existing and new projects. . Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager. . Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager. . Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE and grooming is as per hospitality standards. Bahrain Driving License is Plus. Interested Candidates can send your CV
