Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Distributing and Scheduling the jobs to the cleaners.
• Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality, cost control, and payroll.
• Ensure that the company policy, procedures, rules, and regulations are clearly translated and communicated to the staff.

• Ability to motivate, engage and keep the operations running smoothly.
• Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemical.
• Good knowledge in AC Duct cleaning machines.
• Also know how to clean water tank.
• Be involved with the completion of recruitment, induction training, development, and training of staff.
• Support the identification of training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times.
• Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed appropriately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role for 2 years in UAE.
• A successful track record of managing a team.
• Good knowledge of cleaning equipment & chemicals.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations.
• Physically fit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:

• cleaning Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
