. The ideal candidate should be able to lead cleaners, ensure high-quality service delivery, handle client communication and manage daily cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of cleaners for deep cleaning & home cleaning jobs.
Assign daily tasks and ensure completion within the required timeline.
Inspect cleaning quality and ensure standards are met for villas, apartments, offices and commercial spaces.
Coordinate with clients regarding job details, special requests and feedback.
Report daily work progress and team performance to management.
Ensure proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals and equipment.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Handle scheduling, attendance and job allocations for the team.
Resolve onsite issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years UAE experience
in cleaning supervision.
Strong knowledge of
deep cleaning
, including kitchens, bathrooms, move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, tools and machines.
Must be physically fit and active.
Can join immediately (preferred).
