We are seeking a reliable and organized

Supervisor

to oversee our cleaning and security teams. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism while managing daily operations and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning and security staff Create and manage staff schedules and assignments Ensure cleaning and security standards are consistently met Conduct regular site inspections Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance Address staff issues and report incidents to management Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred) Experience in cleaning, facilities, or security management is an advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible hours if required
