Job Summary:



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Cleaning Operations Coordinator

to oversee daily cleaning activities, manage staff schedules, and ensure all sites are well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with hands-on experience in managing cleaning or housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Assign cleaning staff to designated sites and monitor task completion. Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records. Supervise cleaning quality and ensure high standards are met. Manage shift rotations, day-off schedules, and emergency replacements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Support staff training, performance monitoring, and evaluation.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility supervision. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other scheduling tools.
